Write to one address
There is no ticket system, no phone queue, and no chat widget. Every message goes to [email protected] and a person reads it. That keeps things simple, but it also means a vague message sits in the pile longer than a clear one. The fastest reports read like a bug report: here is the page, here is what I did, here is what I expected, here is what I got. If your question is really "how do I do this", the math help center usually answers it in less time than an email takes.
Put these four things in the message
This is the whole recipe. Four lines is enough, and four good lines beat four paragraphs.
- The full page address, such as https://mathgpt.now/calculators/quadratic-formula-calculator.
- Exactly what you typed or uploaded, copied and pasted rather than described.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead, including any error message word for word.
Never send us these
We do not need any of the following, and we will delete them if they arrive. Your Google password never reaches this site at all, as the privacy policy explains.
- Your password, a one-time code, or a screenshot of a sign-in screen.
- A classmate's name, grade, or student number.
- A photo of a live test, a proctored exam, or anything marked confidential.
- Health, financial, or identity documents that happen to be in the same photo as the math.
Reporting a math error
Wrong math is the report we most want to receive, and the one we act on first. Quote the exact line you think is wrong and say why: a rule that does not apply, a sign that flipped, a domain restriction that got dropped, a unit that vanished. If a calculator or a graph is involved, send the exact input and the settings you could see, including angle mode and the graph window. If an AI answer from the solver is wrong, paste the whole answer, because the mistake is usually two steps before the final line.
What happens after you send it
Messages are sorted by how much harm the problem does, not by the order they arrive.
- Anything that blocks access, such as an accessibility barrier, is looked at first. See the accessibility page for what to include.
- Wrong mathematics on a published page comes next, because other people are reading it.
- Privacy and account questions come next, including deletion requests.
- Feature ideas and general feedback are read and kept, but they move slower.
Schools, press, and partnerships
Use the same address and say who you are in the subject line. Teachers who want to use the site with a class do not need permission, a licence, or a purchase order; everything is already free, and the partnerships page explains the ways we can work together and which of them are actually open today. Journalists should include the outlet, the deadline, and the specific question. Developers asking about integrations should read the API page first, because the honest answer today is that there is no public API to connect to.
Reasonable expectations
We would rather set these out plainly than leave you guessing.
- This is a small team, so a reply can take a few days.
- We cannot do your homework by email. Use the solver for that.
- We cannot tell you whether your teacher allows a tool. Ask your teacher, and read the academic integrity page first.
- We do not sell links, sponsored posts, or placement in any list on this site.

Four lines beats four paragraphs. Give us the page address, exactly what you typed or uploaded, what you expected, and what happened instead, with any error message copied word for word. If a math answer is wrong, quote the line you think is wrong rather than the final answer, because the mistake is usually two steps earlier. Leave out passwords, sign-in codes, and anybody else's details. We never need them.

How fast will I get a reply?
There is no promised time, and we would rather not invent one. A small team reads the inbox, and access problems and wrong mathematics are handled ahead of everything else. A short, exact message with the page address gets answered faster than a long one, because nobody has to write back asking which page you meant.
Can you solve my homework problem over email?
No, and it would be slower than the tool anyway. Paste it into the AI math solver or photograph it with the photo solver. Email us only when the tool itself gives an answer you can show is wrong.
I want my account deleted. Where do I write?
The same address. Send it from the email address on the account and say you want the account deleted. There is no self-service delete button yet, so a person handles it. The privacy policy lists exactly what is stored and therefore what gets removed.
Do you accept guest posts or link requests?
No. We do not publish sponsored articles, we do not sell links, and we do not swap them. Messages offering either are deleted unread once the pattern is clear.
